Random Thoughts 2

The lights are going out.  Yesterday Tunisia, today Egypt.  The plumber complains that there is nowhere for him to go.  But that applies to the western world where we cannot anymore regard the developping countries as a sort of zoo where we can get a good view of the animals locked in by poverty and overpopulation.  The zoo's inhabitants are changing fast.  Flying  and gawping will soon be out.  The cruise ship is running out of fuel.

Tyrants will be deposed and replaced by ramshackle "popular" governments  which will gradually become corrupt and oppressive.  Will anything change at all?

Anybody ask you,  who was it sang this song?"
Tell them Little Jimmy Rushing he's been here but he's gone.
